We offer full refund and unit replacement upon approved RMA process. Replacement parts will only be provided when the fault is attributable to IRROBOTUSA. Contact us via this form and we'll follow up with the RMA process and instructions.

Warranty and Service

IR Robot makes the toughest linear servos. Unless the servo is obviously abused and misused we will be happy to refurbish or replace defective units up to 6 months after purchase date. Contact us via this form and we'll follow up with a return authorization and instructions.
